Good to know
- To ensure that your preferred date is guaranteed, we recommend that you book treatments before you arrive.
- Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special health requirements so that we can cater for you as well as possible.
- It's best to turn up in your bathrobe about 10 minutes before the start so that you can start relaxed.
- Should something come up: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance - otherwise the appointment will be charged.
- Payment is made directly on site and in cash.
- You can obtain vouchers for treatments at any time from our reception or conveniently online.
