Yoga with a mountain view, mindful movement courses, retreats with experienced teachers and individual coaching give you impulses that have an effect beyond the moment. Always accompanied by the special energy of nature that surrounds our hotel.

Yoga with vision

When the mountains open up on the horizon and you come to rest in the Brügge, our light-flooded panoramic room, yoga becomes a special experience. Twice a week, we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of mindfulness - regardless of whether you are a guest at the Sonnenburg or travelling from outside. All the equipment is ready for you, all you need is comfortable clothing and a little openness. Our yoga sessions are suitable for all levels: gentle for beginners, challenging for experienced practitioners - and always accompanied by the feeling that the surrounding nature becomes part of your practice. One breath, one look into the distance - and you are completely with yourself.

Retreats at the Sonnenburg - your time-out with an impact

Retreats at the Sonnenburg are more than just a short stay - they are a source of inspiration, strength and peace at the same time. Together with experienced organisers, we open up a holistic space for exercise, nutrition, meditation and conscious relaxation - supported by the mountain nature of Kleinwalsertal. Over the course of several days, an environment is created in which you can let go, recharge your batteries and take inspiration home with you. Whether you lead a retreat yourself or take part as a participant, Sonnenburg is the place where you can put yourself and others centre stage in a special way.

In the Brüüge, our light-flooded room with mountain views, you will find the ideal place to calm down, move and feel energised. All sessions can be individually tailored to your needs. Equipment is provided. So you can simply get involved - in conscious moments for yourself and the power of the community.
